Pipette Shipping Rules

Dear client,

These rules have been created to protect your property, to ensure the safest possible handling and recording of pipettes, and also to protect our employees from infections and dangerous substances. We therefore ask you to adhere to them.

Rules:

• Clean and decontaminate pipettes intended for calibration or repair.
• Properly pack the pipettes to ensure the safest possible transport – use bubble wrap, polystyrene pellets, shredded paper, etc.
• Enclose a properly completed order with the pipettes. You can use the form on www.eucal.cz with confirmation of decontamination or, in case of personal handover to an employee of EUCAL s.r.o., an enclosed company Work Order or a manually written delivery note.
• For Eppendorf brand products, basic maintenance and inspection (leak test, lubrication) will be performed, or, upon request, minimal service – minimal maintenance with part replacement, including labor, up to a total amount of: price see order form.
• Enclose a sufficient number of the tips you use with the pipettes, unless they are the Eppendorf brand; otherwise, Eppendorf tips will be used for calibration. This fact will be recorded in the Calibration Certificate. (for one measurement series, 10x for a fixed pipette, a minimum of 11 tips must be calculated; for adjustable pipettes, there are 3x 10 series, and for multichannel pipettes, x number of channels). Send at least 15 tips per channel and one measurement series; excess tips will be returned to you.
• Handover may, by agreement, take place via mail, any courier service, or personal collection by an employee of EUCAL s.r.o.
• If pipettes are sent to the Calibration Laboratory via a third party, the Calibration Laboratory is not liable for damage in case of inadequate packaging.
